Educational Outreach this Saturday |
This weekend we are going to the buffalo museum of science. The plan is to do rocket balloons, talk about the moon (we have a moon globe), and have a short video for them to watch. I was toying with the idea of bringing the impact crater flour thing where they throw golf balls into flour to see the craters they make, but it makes a mess and we won't have our normal spot due to body worlds. If you would like to come please respond to this email. Saturday we'll be leaving around 11 and coming back around 3. If anybody wants to carpool/needs a ride please let me know. -Jake Joyce Educational Outreach Project Leader jsjoyce @ buffalo.edu |
