UB-SEDS has been working on a proposal to rebuild the dilapidated astronomy observatory on Skinnersville Rd, north of the Ellicott Complex.

In order to make this exciting project happen, we need everyone’s help!  We have applied to the Pepsi Refresh Project for a $50,000 grant.  We need everyone to vote to help us win!

The Pepsi Refresh Project is a program started by Pepsi to fund innovative ideas within communities.  Pepsi took the money saved by not running Superbowl ads this year, and are awarding $1.3 million in grants every month.  The top voted ideas will be funded.
